Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Ya-Tech as an Urdu-Speaking Customer Care Support Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering calls professionally
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Providing information on products and services
• Processing orders and applications
• Identifying and escalating priority issues
• Coordinating with relevant departments for follow-ups
• Generating and following up on business leads
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the line manager

Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
