Job Description
Live Support Ltd, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, is seeking full-time Customer Support Executives to enhance our exceptional customer support team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding inbound customer support via email, live chat, and calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Write and update Helpdesk articles for our knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM; technical proficiency preferred.
- Previous e-commerce experience is a plus.
