Job Description
We are Crossnotch Firm, seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, your role will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. You will collect valuable customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Avatar (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in English with excellent listening skills.
- Comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily.
- Ability to work night shifts with strong computer skills.
Shift Details: Half-time: 7:30pm-12:30am | Full-time: 7:30pm-5:30am.
