Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller to handle inbound bookings and manage drivers. Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Entering bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocating jobs to drivers
- Providing customers with real-time ETAs
- Navigating drivers along the routes
- Handling email bookings
- Placing bids on jobs
Requirements: Previous UK Taxi Cab Control experience, knowledge of UK streets, dispatch systems experience, and strong customer service skills.
Salary: Starting from 40,00 PKR per month | Job Type: Full-time
