Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to serve as the vital link between our company and our current and potential customers.
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Utilize communication scripts for various topics.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell products whenever possible.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Document all interactions in our database.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and focused.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + commission.
Timing: 2PM to 10PM | Location: Lahore
