Job Description

Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents for remote work. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support while utilizing Soundboard software. You will also gather customer feedback to enhance our products and services.

Requirements include previous Avatar experience (preferred), basic English proficiency, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage 600-800 calls daily. Shift options: half-time (7:30 PM – 12:30 AM) and full-time (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM).

Competitive pay ranges from Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month. Apply today!
