Job Description
We are Crossnotch Firm, looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting feedback to enhance our services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Half-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM (without break)
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
