Job Description
About the Role:
Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for our domestic clients, providing exceptional service through phone communication.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Provide up-to-date information on our products and services.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing skills in English and Urdu.
- Fluency in Urdu.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior call center experience is a plus.
Salary: Rs. 22,00 per month plus performance-based commission.
