Job Description
Savvital is seeking a dedicated Freight Dispatch Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. You will provide essential shipping details to our customers while reviewing drivers’ logs and documenting all calls, deliveries, routes, and times related to shipments. Your tasks will also include completing necessary paperwork, such as invoices, and handling customer complaints and inquiries. Additionally, you will negotiate rates and delivery timelines to optimize our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
