Job Description
Times Group Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning and coordination, construction execution and supervision, budget management, quality assurance, and client communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with project teams and ensure safe construction practices.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain budget compliance.
- Implement quality control and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 10-15 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in project management software.
