Job Description

Crossnotch Firm is looking for dedicated SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team, both fresh and experienced candidates are welcome. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding support. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to enhance our services.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English speaking and listening.
• Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10).
• High-quality headset.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).

Shift: Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)

Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
