Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, address issues, and deliver exceptional support while gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift Details:
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Salary: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
