Role & Responsibilities:
- Source and interview candidates for call center positions.
- Manage the full recruitment process for night shift roles.
- Build relationships with candidates and assess their fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- 1-2 years of call center recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with evening and night shifts.
