Job Description
Join Grand City Developing as a Purchaser! In this full-time role, you will manage procurement activities for construction materials, real estate development services, and office supplies. Key tasks include sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, drafting contracts, and collaborating with project managers.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Salary ranges from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month, with in-person work required.
