Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Intern Medical Receptionist to join Noon Home Care. This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in medical administration and patient coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with front desk operations, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks under the guidance of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond to phone calls and patient inquiries.
- Assist with billing and insurance documentation.
Qualifications: High school diploma; healthcare admin coursework is a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential.
