Job Description
Summary of the position:
StormFiber is seeking a Revenue Assurance Executive to provide organizational support through various stages and aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing and service-related issues to retain customers.
- Build trust and long-term relationships by gathering customer feedback.
- Ensure timely monthly payments.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and payments.
- Maintain accurate status records of customers.
Requirements:
- B. Com/BBA in Finance (essential).
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable/collection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP-Oracle/Microsoft Excel.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
