Job Description
GROW MORE CALL CENTRE is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be available for night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM. Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns and inbound sales is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in computer applications, are essential.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting services, and educating customers about our offerings. The position is full-time, with a salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications include intermediate education and one year of experience with Xfinity inbound calls, especially in Lahore.
