Job Description

HM Enterprises is seeking a dedicated HR & Recruiting Assistant to manage incoming customer calls and provide support in addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate will actively listen to customer needs, offer appropriate solar solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role requires management of office data.
