Job Description
Allied Consultants is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our HR and Recruitment team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract candidates for IT and technical roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with IT roles.
