Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging with interested customers, identifying their needs, and forwarding calls to the appropriate agents.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: ₹12,500.00 – ₹120,00.00 per month
