Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging customers. Upon identifying their needs, you will forward their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- Quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30pm to 5:30am (with breaks)
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
