Job Description

Oriental City Home International Hotel is seeking a reliable and responsible Assistant to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate must be hardworking and professional in all dealings with management. Responsibilities include maintaining HR-related records, scheduling interviews, reporting data to the HR Manager, and managing employee attendance.

The Assistant will also be responsible for posting job openings on hiring platforms, monitoring attendance, and providing administrative support to all HR operations. Strong communication skills are essential for successful scheduling and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month

Work Location: In person
