Job Description
Join ibex. as a Customer Support Executive! In this role, you will act as a liaison between our customers and the respective client. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via chats, emails, and calls, managing complaints, and utilizing your product knowledge effectively.
Key qualifications include excellent communication skills in Urdu and English, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a customer-centric attitude. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
