Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Manager at The-Hiring. We are looking for a results-driven Lead Manager Officer to promote and sell HD Putty directly to end consumers, including homeowners, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience in the paint or construction industry and a strong foundation in fieldwork and product demonstrations.

Key qualifications include lead generation experience, existing networking capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills. A BA/B.COM degree is preferred. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs65,00.00, benefits including medical, 80 liters of fuel, and more.
