Job Description
Global Nexus Solutions is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our Dispatch Campaign. Ideal candidates should have truck dispatch experience, but freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and sales over the phone.
- Engaging customers by asking questions and listening to their needs.
- Answering inquiries about products and meeting sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player and confident.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Available for Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM).
- Location: Near Barkat Market Garden Town & DHA Phase 06, Lahore.
