Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support & event management.
- Engage with Site End Users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep Service Desk team informed of service unavailability and assist with major incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BCS) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.
