Job Description

Join Brickclay as an HR Executive! We are seeking a qualified candidate with a BBA or MBA degree. In this role, you will maintain employment resumes, conduct background checks, and assist in employee orientation. You will manage personnel records, address HR-related inquiries, and develop HR strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining applicant flow logs and statistical data.
• Processing employment documentation and terminations.
• Compiling and updating employee records.

Requirements: Strong reporting skills, organization, and confidentiality. Teamwork and effective verbal communication are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
