Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. You will be the primary contact for our patients, helping with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Work On-site in Lahore
Night shift
Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; Assist with service information and order placement; Document interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements: Proven customer care experience in USA Healthcare; Excellent communication skills; Proficiency in CRM software.

Pay: Rs65,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
