Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Customer Success Representative. In this full-time role, you will lead customer onboarding, monitor engagement trends, and develop impactful customer success stories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for and leading the customer onboarding process.
- Monitoring customer engagement trends and participating in analytics discussions.
- Conducting customer interviews and writing case studies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects and make recommendations.
Pay starts at Rs60,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of CSR experience are required.
