As an Area Sales Manager, you will serve as a key contact for all Sales Operations in your designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving targets, developing and executing sales plans, and managing distributors and customer operations.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home Channels. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams are essential.
