Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a leading telecommunications company.

Base Salary: Up to 100k plus bonuses

Requirements:

• Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
• Proven skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
• At least 6 months in a similar leadership position
• Experience in managing agents

Campaign Focus: ACA, Medicare, or any US-based campaign

Job Type: Full-time
