Job Description
Amigos BPO LLC is seeking a Senior Trainer for our Medicare and ACA Campaign. You will train call center agents, develop training materials, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with service standards.
Requirements: Strong Medicare and ACA knowledge, prior training experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Immediate On-Site Interviews: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Amigos LLC, 2nd Floor, Malhi Plaza, Main Murree Road, Near Metro Station, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Map location.
Salary: Up to Rs150,00.00 per month. Full-time position.
