Job Description
White’s Castle is seeking a passionate Guest Relations Officer (GRO) who will act as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring guest satisfaction with exemplary service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers with a warm smile and engaging them within 5 seconds.
- Providing clean menus, balloon trees, goody bags, and candies.
- Seating guests immediately at clean tables and offering to take orders if they are in a rush.
- Informing guests about promotions and ensuring a delightful dining experience for families, including engaging kids with activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 per month
