Kohistan Builders and Developers is seeking a qualified Manager Contracts to join our team. This role involves leading the tendering process, managing cost estimates, and ensuring competitive bids. You will monitor project costs, conduct quantity takeoffs, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
