We need someone who can ensure smooth communication between our clients and delivery companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on deliveries
- Arrange pickups with courier services
- Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp and phone
- Provide real-time support for delivery concerns
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Requirements: Female candidates only, fluent in English, customer service experience preferred, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
