Job Description

Join our team at White’s Castle as a Server, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service! You will greet customers, inform them about specials, take food and beverage orders, and ensure satisfaction by checking in with guests.

Your responsibilities also include suggesting additional menu items to enhance the dining experience, accurately processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and assist team members during peak times.
