Job Description
MyRestaurants.ca is seeking a dedicated HR & Front Desk Coordinator to manage hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and screen candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and training.
- Conduct exit interviews and process exits.
- Greet visitors and assist with inquiries.
- Oversee office supplies and facilities.
Requirements:
- 1 year of hiring experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong multitasking skills.
