Job Description
Easy Leads Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, process orders, and maintain customer records.
Requirements: High school diploma, 1-2 years of call center experience, excellent communication skills, and computer proficiency.
