Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Private Limited is hiring both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dedicated team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation Includes:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Night Shift Timing: 7:30pm to 5:30am (including breaks).
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- Laptop with the latest Windows version 10.
- Good quality headset and internet connection (at least 15 Mbps).
