Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a full-time Fresh Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will follow communication scripts to address various topics and identify customers’ needs accurately.
Your responsibilities will include clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions or alternatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell products when applicable and build sustainable relationships with our customers by actively engaging with them.
