Job Description

A leading telecommunication company is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. You will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound call systems
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based campaigns

Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00, plus free medical insurance and rotational shifts. Work from home available after probation.
