Job Description

Shift: Night Shift (9 hours)

Compensation: Competitive salary (Rs35,00.00 – Rs65,00.00/month)

Qualifications:

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Kustomer type CRM
• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
• Availability for night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries through email, live chat, and calls
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Training of subordinates
