Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Manager to join IHCL. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring optimal pricing strategies and revenue maximization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fixing BAR and rate slab pricing.
- Developing OTA marketing and promotion plans.
- Conducting competition analysis.
- Creating pricing strategies for various periods.
- Forecasting room revenue.
- Generating monthly revenue reports.
- Guiding the reservation team.
- Ensuring accurate responses to queries.
Strong customer intelligence and relationship management skills are essential.
