Job Description
Gourmet Beverages is seeking an HR Generalist to align HR strategies with our business goals. In this role, you will develop a performance management system, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and streamline operations. Your work will involve collaborating across departments, standardizing reports, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities include designing performance management systems, monitoring KPI data, resolving operational bottlenecks, conducting process assessments, and leading management review meetings. Additionally, you will support change initiatives and partner with Learning & Development for effective training programs.
