Job Description
Callminds is seeking a motivated individual to join our call center team as an Assistant Floor Manager. This position involves overseeing call center agents and assisting the Floor Manager in achieving performance targets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and must be fluent in English. Experience in the call center industry is preferred.
Job Highlights:
