Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a qualified Deputy Manager – HR Strategy to join our team.
Responsibilities: Release management reports, review income and expenditures, conduct bank reconciliations, and implement performance management reports using Power BI. Collaborate on ERP matters and supervise financial operations.
Required Skills: Experience in audit/accounting, MIS, dashboard creation; familiarity with MGDP and Power BI is a plus; excellent interpersonal skills.
Education: Qualified/part qualified CA or ACCA, MBA from a reputable institute; 4-5 years relevant experience.
Location: In-person, Karachi. Applicants must be able to commute or plan to relocate.
