Job Description

Location: Faisalabad, Factory
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the kiln production process for sanitary ceramics including toilets and wash basins.
- Train and lead kiln workshop employees, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Identify and resolve kiln defects, proactively analyzing and proposing solutions.
- Communicate effectively with management and supervise personnel changes.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with over 5 years in sanitary ceramics production.
- Experience with gas shuttle kilns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in Chinese and English preferred.
