Job Description
AHU Technologies is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms is a plus. Must be available to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
