Job Description

Jayson Spark Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess an MBA or BBA in Human Resources. Proficiency in English is preferred. The salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
