Job Description
We seek a dedicated individual to assist in our procurement and logistics efforts at Electrical Engineering Services, ensuring efficient import operations and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders and shipment schedules.
- Track shipments and resolve delays.
- Prepare and review import documentation for customs compliance.
- Communicate with freight forwarders to facilitate imports.
- Maintain organized records of shipments and costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in import/export operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
